AI Recruiter

Automated Screening & Interviews

You Posted One Job and Got 300 CVs. Nobody Has Time to Read Them.

AI Recruiter reads every CV against your actual requirements and hands you a ranked shortlist in minutes — with the exact line from each CV behind every score. It even runs the first interview on video. The AI recommends, a person decides, and every candidate gets an answer.

In short

What you get

Reading CVs by hand vs AI Recruiter

What Changes the Week You Switch

The same 300 applications, handled differently.

Hiring Today With AI Recruiter
Someone spends two days skim-reading CVs before the shortlist starts
Every CV read against your requirements and ranked in minutes
Good candidates missed because they were at the bottom of the pile
Ranked on fit, not on the order they arrived in
"Why did we reject this one?" — nobody remembers a month later
Every score cites the exact line from the CV behind it
Most applicants never hear anything back
Every candidate gets an answer, automatically, held so a rejection never lands seconds after they applied
Whoever screens applies their own unwritten standard
One consistent standard, written down as the job requirements
The CVs from your last hire are lost in an inbox
Every screened candidate stays in your talent pool for the next role
A first-round interview eats an hour of your senior person for every candidate
AI conducts the first round on video, scored the same way, on the candidate's own time
Rejections and offers depend on who is having a good day
Same job, same scoring rubric, every candidate — a human still decides, with the reason on record
The final interview moves to a separate meeting tool and the record splits in two
Your human round runs in the same room, recorded, transcribed and scored beside the rest
Half the first-round call is spent on "can you hear me?"
Devices tested before the interview, with one unscored practice question first

How it works

From nothing to running

1
Create the Job

Write the title and requirements — or start from a template. The AI drafts interview questions from your requirements, and you review them. A job cannot go live until a person has approved those questions.

2
Collect Applications

Drop the application form onto your own careers page, in your own branding. Or upload the CVs you already have in bulk and skip the waiting entirely.

3
AI Reads Every CV

Each application is scored against your requirements across five dimensions, with the exact quote from the CV behind every part of the score. Anything the AI cannot point to in the actual CV is discarded, not shown.

4
You Decide

Candidates land in shortlist, reserve or not-progressing using your thresholds. Change any decision — the reason is kept on record beside the AI score, never replacing it.

5
Everyone Gets an Answer

Outcome emails go to every candidate, held back so a rejection never lands seconds after they applied. Delivery is tracked, so an email that bounced is never mistaken for a candidate who ignored you.

Capability

Everything AI Recruiter covers

The complete feature set, grouped by what it does for you.

Screening You Can Check

  • Scored across five dimensions: technical fit, experience, education, communication and role fit
  • Every sub-score cites verbatim text from the CV — quotes the AI cannot find are dropped, never shown
  • Concerns cited alongside strengths, so the report is not just flattering
  • Accepts PDF and image CVs (JPG/PNG) — a photographed or scanned resume is read by a vision model rather than treated as empty (Word/text formats are refused on upload so the identity-check photo can always be lifted from the CV)
  • Thresholds set per job — a senior role and a junior one need different bars
  • Two scoring tiers — Regular for high-volume roles, Expert for a senior hire where every nuance is worth catching

AI Video Interviews — First Round on Autopilot

  • Browser-based interview room — no app, no download, works on a phone
  • AI conducts the interview with realtime voice, live-transcribed, in the language you picked for the job
  • Candidate answers on their own time — you save an hour of your senior person per candidate
  • Every interview is scored the same way, against the same rubric — same fairness as the CV screen
  • Photo-and-face check on the Expert tier — the person in the interview matches the person on the CV
  • Recording, transcript and score fold into the same candidate report — you never juggle tabs

The Human Final Round — Also Inside the Platform

  • Your own interviewer meets the candidate one-to-one in the same browser room — no separate meeting tool, no link to chase
  • You pick the time and the invitation goes out in your branding
  • Both sides are recorded, with both sides consenting
  • The AI transcribes and scores that round afterwards, on the same rubric as the rest
  • CV score, AI interview score and human round set side by side on one report
  • Included in the base plan — it uses interview minutes, not another add-on

Built For How Candidates Actually Join

  • Microphone, camera and connection tested from the moment the invite lands, not at the top of a paid interview
  • One unscored practice question first, so first-minute panic never enters the score
  • No camera is not an automatic rejection — the interview continues on audio and the report says so, which is what saves a mobile-only candidate
  • The clock starts when the candidate joins, so arriving late is recorded as a note, never punished with a shorter interview
  • A browser or connection that genuinely cannot run the interview is stopped before it starts, with a message naming the fix — never burnt as a failed attempt
  • A candidate who goes quiet is checked on twice and invited to try again — never accused of leaving
  • The AI stays inside the approved question bank, and steers a wandering candidate back before anything else

Applications From Your Own Site

  • Embeddable application form, restricted to the domains you authorise
  • Works properly on a phone, where most candidates actually apply
  • Bulk upload up to 200 CVs at a time, deduplicated automatically
  • One person applying twice stays one candidate, not two
  • Candidates check their own status any time, without an account

Runs on Your Brand, Not Ours

  • Optional custom domain — careers.yourcompany.com with SSL configured for you
  • Every candidate email carries your logo, colours, signature and a footer note you control
  • Downloadable interview report — print or PDF — carries your branding, not ours
  • A candidate never has to know which tool you use — the whole journey looks like it belongs to your company

A Person Stays in Charge

  • AI-drafted interview questions must be approved before a job goes live
  • Override any score — the AI verdict is kept beside yours, never overwritten
  • Every override needs a reason, and that reason is the record
  • Internal notes on any candidate, never visible to them
  • Full audit trail of who did what, when, and why

Nobody Gets Ghosted

  • Outcome email at every ending — shortlisted, reserve, or not progressing
  • Delivery tracked, so a bounced email is never mistaken for a candidate who ignored you
  • Sending held back so a rejection never lands seconds after someone applies
  • Candidates are never shown their score, ranking, or how they compared with anyone else
  • Unresponsive candidates get a nudge before the door quietly closes

Fairness Built In

  • The scoring AI is instructed to ignore name, gender, age, marital status, nationality, religion and photo
  • Every score cites its evidence, so bias can be checked, not just claimed
  • Fully blind review mode — a candidate's photo is never shown to reviewers if you turn it off
  • Same scoring rubric applied to every candidate on the same job — no "who screened it" variance
  • 90-day recording retention by default — GDPR-friendly, extendable on request

Reports, Talent Pool & Analytics

  • Final report per job: shortlist, reserve, and anything needing a human look
  • CSV export, gated on its own permission separate from viewing
  • Talent pool across every job — the candidates you already paid to screen
  • Hiring analytics dashboard — funnel, time-to-shortlist, conversion by source
  • Five built-in roles: Owner, Manager, Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Viewer — with distinct permissions for publish, settings, team and deletes

Automation That Just Runs

  • Auto-shortlist as CVs cross the threshold you set — the shortlist grows without anyone opening the page
  • Auto-close a job on its close date, or when the shortlist is full — no forgotten-to-close jobs collecting stale applications
  • Automatic interview invitations to shortlisted candidates, in your branded email shell
  • Retry logic on failed AI calls — a provider blip never silently drops a candidate on the floor

Built to Cost Less to Run

  • Interview minutes counted from what actually ran — disconnected time is never charged
  • Your per-CV rate stays low as volume grows, rather than climbing with it
  • Screening credits and interview minutes bought as stackable packs — pay only for what you use
  • Regular tier for high-volume roles, Expert tier only when the role warrants it — you control the ratio

Integrations

  • REST API and webhooks to push shortlists into your existing ATS or HR system
  • Application form embeds via a one-line script tag on any website you own — restricted to the domains you authorise (iframe-free by design, so the origin allow-list can actually gate embeds)
  • Candidate email sent from your own address and branding — use our delivery or plug in your own mail server
  • CSV export of the final job report — shortlist, reserve and needs-review, gated on its own permission

Who it is for

Where it earns its place

Companies Hiring in Volume

One advert brings hundreds of applications and nobody has two days to read them. The shortlist is ready before anyone opens the first CV.

Call centres, retail chains, logistics, hospitality, BPO
Small Teams Without a Recruiter

When hiring lands on a founder or an office manager alongside their real job. Templates make the second job take a minute, and nothing needs a specialist to operate.

Startups, agencies, family businesses, professional practices
Teams With a Backlog of CVs

The CVs are already sitting in an inbox or a shared folder. Upload them against a role and get a ranked list the same afternoon — no waiting for new applicants.

Companies that advertised elsewhere, or kept CVs from a previous round
Anyone Who Has to Justify a Decision

Every score points at the line in the CV that produced it, every override carries a reason, and the AI is instructed to ignore name, gender, age and nationality. If a decision is ever questioned, the record is there.

Regulated industries, public sector suppliers, EU and GCC employers

Pricing

Quoted to your volume

AI Recruiter is priced per deal, because the cost depends on how much you actually run through it. Tell us your volume and we will size it — no public list price to argue with, and no tier you are paying for and not using.

Before you ask

The questions buyers actually ask

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

No, and it is built so that it cannot. The AI scores candidates and sorts them into a shortlist, a reserve list and not-progressing — but a person approves the interview questions before a job goes live, and anyone with the right permission can change any outcome. When they do, the AI score is kept beside their decision rather than overwritten, and their reason becomes part of the record. If a hiring decision is ever questioned, you can show exactly what the AI said, what the person decided, and why.

How do I know the scores are not just made up?

Every part of every score cites the exact text from the CV that produced it, quoted verbatim. If the AI produces a quote that does not actually appear in the CV, that evidence is discarded rather than shown to you — so a fabricated claim never reaches a hiring record. The report shows concerns as well as strengths, because a report that only lists the positives is not honest and is not useful.

What about bias — is this fair?

The scoring AI is explicitly instructed to judge only evidence of ability against the requirements you wrote, and to ignore name, gender, age, marital status, nationality, religion, photograph, and the prestige of a university or employer. Because every score cites its evidence, you can check that for yourself on any candidate rather than taking it on trust. A candidate's photo may be shown to your human reviewers — so the person meeting them in the final round has a face to the name — but the scoring never sees it, and you can turn that display off entirely for a fully blind review. AI-assisted hiring is regulated differently by country, so for specific compliance questions in your market, talk to our team.

Can a candidate cheat by using AI to write their CV or answers?

We will not pretend otherwise: a determined candidate can get help, and no screening tool can fully prevent that. This is why the product is positioned as screening rather than as the decision. It narrows hundreds of applications down to a shortlist worth a human conversation — it does not replace that conversation.

Do candidates see their score?

Never. Candidates get a status page showing the stage their application is at, and an outcome email in plain language. They are never shown a number, a bucket name, or how they compared with anyone else. Telling someone a score for a decision about their livelihood is neither kind nor defensible.

What happens to candidates who are not selected?

They are told. Every ending — shortlisted, reserve or not progressing — sends the candidate an email, and outcome mail is deliberately delayed so a rejection never lands seconds after someone applies. Delivery is tracked too: if an email bounces, that is flagged on the candidate, so silence caused by a bad address is never mistaken for a candidate who ignored you.

How is this different from your HRM module?

HRM manages the people you already employ — attendance, payroll, leave, shifts, records. AI Recruiter handles the stage before that: finding and screening people you have not hired yet, and it stops the moment someone is hired. Many companies run both. If you are unsure which you need, tell us whether the problem is hiring new people or managing existing staff.

What if a CV is a scan, a photo, or otherwise has no text in it?

Image CVs are first-class. We accept PDF, JPG and PNG on the upload form (Word and text formats were dropped deliberately, because we need to be able to lift the candidate's photo from the CV for the interview identity check, and a Word CV re-exports to PDF trivially). A photographed or scanned resume is read directly by a vision model rather than treated as empty — in several of our markets a photographed CV is normal, not an edge case. Vision reading is a super-admin setting because it costs more per candidate than reading text; when it is on, a scan is read and then scored the same as any other CV. When it is off, or on the rare occasion the file is genuinely unreadable, the application is held for a human to look at and shown in its own group on the report rather than buried among the rejections — we never guess an unreadable CV into a rejection.
