What age groups does the LMS support?

IOSnack LMS supports 9 age groups from Toddler (2-3 years) to Adult. Content is filtered based on age group, and quiz types are tailored accordingly — younger kids get visual quizzes (Image Tap, Color Match) while older students get MCQs, True/False, and Fill-in-the-Blank.

How does the gamification system work?

Learners earn coins for completing lessons (5 coins), quizzes (5-15 based on stars), daily login (2 coins), and chapters (25 coins). Coins can be spent in the Avatar Shop on items for their character. They also earn XP points to level up through 10 levels from "Little Star" to "Legend". Streaks give bonus rewards (50 coins for 7-day, 200 for 30-day streak).

Can I control my child's screen time?

Yes. You can set daily screen time limits per learner (default 60 minutes). The system tracks active time, shows break reminders every 20 minutes, and a parental gate (math puzzle) prevents children from changing settings. You can view detailed session history and weekly time trends.

What is spaced repetition and how does it help?

Spaced repetition is a scientifically proven method where the system automatically schedules reviews at increasing intervals (1→3→7→14→30→60→90 days). When a learner scores well, the interval increases; when they struggle, it shortens. This optimizes long-term memory retention and is especially effective for Quran memorization, language learning, and exam prep.

Does it support Arabic and Urdu?

Yes. The entire platform supports English, Urdu, and Arabic with proper RTL (Right-to-Left) text rendering. Reports can be exported as PDFs in any of the three languages. Voice narration is available with language-specific voice providers.

Can multiple children use one account?

Yes. A parent or admin can add multiple learners under one account. Each learner has their own profile, PIN for quick switching, individual settings (screen time, difficulty, goals), and separate progress tracking. The number of learners depends on your subscription plan.

What learning tracks are available?

Currently available tracks include Coding, Robotics, Mathematics, and Arabic/Islamic Studies. Each track contains subjects, chapters, and sequential lessons. You can subscribe to individual tracks or get all tracks with higher-tier plans. New tracks are added regularly.

Can our school/academy use this for our students?

Absolutely. The School and Enterprise plans support large numbers of learners with admin tools for managing students, viewing progress reports, and configuring per-learner settings. Content syncs automatically from the master database, so your curriculum is always up to date.
